2024 Party in the Piazza: April 27th, 2024

  • Party preceded and followed the Flambeau 5k

  • Over 1000 Runners Participated

  • Live Music, DJ, Food & Drink Trucks

  • Fun for the whole family

  • Tickets only $5

WOW; what a party!

  • Over 1000 Runners

  • 2000 People onsite to see our hall / courtyard (Great Marketing Exposure)

  • Free Bourbon tasting

  • Sippit Daquiris

  • A costume contest

  • Spurs Coyote, Hype Squad, DJ and a live band (Spurs "hype squad" was promoting on social channels)

  • Meatball Subs that, "are better than the pizza, & the pizza was f** amazing!"

On Deck:

  • Cooking Class Friday, May 17th (tix going on sale soon)

  • May Meeting after Mass May 19th

    • This gives us 1 week to recover, then 

    • May 12th is Mother's Day! 

  • Leftover meatballs (from Subs) will be sold: dry, wet, and in lasagna (at regular / Spaghetti dinner prices).  

    • I need someone to chair this, reach out if interested

    • Goal is to sell all meatballs before 100 Club (ideally purchase now, pickup on the 19th).

    • Payment link will be up on the website ASAP.

What a great event on Saturday; thank you to all the volunteers who made it possible.  I am going to try to thank you all, but if I left you off it is not for lack of effort!  HUGE shout out to Phil, Sam, and Anthony for coordinating parking Friday and Tony, Lindsey, Kristi, Bella + volunteers + Phil again Saturday - they parked over 220 cars on Saturday alone!!!!!

Patti, Pie, Carol, Marisa, and Erik for taking turns (literally) with the jump castle liability form / making sure things did not get out of hand (no injuries, all jumpers signed waivers)!

Debbie, Julie, Cathy, and Virginia for running tickets! Paolo for coordinating the bar.

Fabiola and Arturo, Lisa, Sharon, Wendy and Joseph for meatballs for working the Meatball sub station.

Linda, Rich, Catherine and Suzanne for Gelato

Huge thanks to Maryanne and Tom for Ice, setup, takedown, flower boxes, and construction expertise / advice.
